Don't forget, Saturday (March 9, 2013), 1:00 - 5:00 PM, is ingress at the Q Pavilion Plenary Hall.
Please bring your poster and exhibit stuff and set them up in your designated area. Your neoVation Team will be there to assist you. Get your designated number and exhibit floor area from one of your neoVation Team members, locate your designated exhibit area using the map, and then get your area ready for the Opening Ceremony on Monday, March 11, 2013.
